Here's the snapped belt. This is what
Harley's have instead of a chain. It failed on me at the top of Pease pottage
Hill so I was able to coast down to the bottom. After that I pushed the huge
great thing for about 5 minutes before i gave up and phoned the RAC!
Another rear pulley had also died a
premature death, so that was replaced with a new one kindly donated by P&D
Customs.
